Homework Help: Solved 254251

Hello! I have chosen to write an essay about the Syrian Refugee Crisis. I have done all the work up to actually writing the paper and need help to write the paper. Please follow the rules below and let me know if you have any questions. Attached is my Researched Argument Proposal, Outline (highlighted by section) and a biblioraphy of required sources. My main claim is: Main claim: The Syrian refugee crisis reaches beyond the country itself and thus needs more foreign attention and aid. NOTES ON ORGANIZATION Include a strong, interesting title. Include a focused introduction. Have a specific, arguable thesis; revisit Open2010, Ch. 3. Develop your argument logically following the introduction; revisit Open2010, Ch. 5 for arrangement options. Each paragraph should have a stated topic and should remain focused on this topic using at least two of your sources. Transitions and linking phrases should be used in and between paragraphs in order to create cohesion; revisit Open2010, Ch. 7. End with a conclusion that looks to the future—of research, laws, health, sports, parenting, whatever is important to the issue you have explored—and consider who is most responsible for future changes. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS 8-10 pages (remember, you are not graded on the page requirement—use this as a helpful resource to gauge whether you have developed a substantial argument or whether you have honed your argument in a clear and concise manner). A unique title that points your reader to the topic and issue of your paper. A strong introduction that identifies the topic and issue, establishes the so what/why it matters, introduces at least three of your sources, outlines the trajectory of the paper, and includes a significant, specific, arguable thesis/main claim. An appropriately structured, logically developed argument that is well organized and includes topic sentences and transitions that connect ideas in explicit and sophisticated ways. Fully developed paragraphs that begin with clear topic sentences, include at least two of your sources (can be synthesized; ex: “While Brock and Alaimo take the position that…”), and remain focused on single, clearly defined topics—this is by no means an exhaustive list, but it should help you as it provides the many ways of thinking about agreement, disagreement, contradictions, etc. Clear, concise, and coherent writing throughout your argument—refer to the chapters in Open2010. A conclusion that looks forward rather than rehashing the paper; that is, the conclusion should consider what might need to be done in the future, or what research is still needed, and restates why it is important to consider the issue further (does not use the phrase ‘In conclusion’—it’s at the end of the paper, so it is obvious that it is the conclusion). Double-spaced throughout, and no additional spacing between elements. Follows the style guide of your choosing—preferably whichever style guide is used by your particular major/academic field (ex: MLA, APA, Chicago, etc.); you may need to research the regulations of your style guide on your own, though I am always here to help, as well as the university’s Writing Center. Includes proper citation—both in-text and as a separate page at the end (Works Cited, References, etc.)—with all sources properly formatted and all required information in the order required according to your chosen style guide. Includes at least (in your Works Cited/References page, please label them with the following acronyms): 5 scholarly sources taken from peer reviewed journals (PRJ) 2 news articles (NA) 1 book (B) 2 popular culture sources—films, music, television, relevant blog or online discussion boards, advertisements, relevant expert interviews, etc. (PC)
